We love creating landscape designs for DIYers and anyone preferring a professional design! This can be used to get proposals from the necessary licensed landscape contractors. Let's say you buy a new home that has no landscaping. We implement the following process:
Step OneThe client provides blueprints if available. If not available, then simple hand drawn measurements can suffice.

Step TwoTogether with the client, we create a list of desires.*

Step ThreeWe discuss of budget and a timeline with the client.

Step FourProduce a landscape design, including a plant materials list.**

*An example of a desire may be: "We don't like looking into our neighbors living room and need a year round visual screen to block this view." Or it may be that they have a million dollar view that they don't want to block with tall plants. These kinds of lists are crucial to customer satisfaction with the end result. Other example are: "We have very young children and need child-friendly plants." or "I don't want a lawn."
